BOOKING & TRAVEL POLICIES
Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: October 2026 • Ceylon Dream Travel and Tours
1. General Agreement
These terms and conditions govern all private tour bookings, customized itineraries, and chauffeur-guide arrangements made through Ceylon Dream Travel and Tours (hereafter referred to as "we", "our", or "us"). By requesting a custom quotation and confirming your journey, you accept and agree to these terms.
2. Tailored Quotations & Confirmations
All tour packages and custom itineraries are quoted based on your individual specifications (passenger count, preferred dates, vehicle type, and boutique accommodation standard). Quotations remain valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. A booking is confirmed once our formal proposal has been accepted and reservation requirements are fulfilled.
3. Chauffeur-Guide & Private Transport Services
Your dedicated private vehicle and English-speaking chauffeur-guide are reserved exclusively for your party throughout the contracted duration. Chauffeur working regulations include safe daily driving limits to guarantee passenger safety and comfort across mountain passes and highway routes.
4. Itinerary Adjustments & Island Conditions
We strive to adhere precisely to planned routes; however, weather events, seasonal wildlife migration patterns, or local road circumstances may occasionally warrant itinerary refinements. In such cases, our travel concierges work directly with you to provide equivalent or superior alternative experiences.
5. Travel Insurance & Responsibility
We strongly recommend that all international travellers maintain comprehensive travel, medical, and cancellation insurance throughout their stay in Sri Lanka. Ceylon Dream Travel and Tours operates with fully licensed vehicles and vetted hospitality partners across all nine provinces.
6. Contact & Inquiries
For any clarifications regarding your tour agreement, modifications, or special arrangements, our senior curators are available 24/7:
